Occupational Risk Prevention Policy

“Workers have the right to effective protection when it comes to occupational safety and health” (article 14, Occupational Risk Prevention Act 31/1995).

INSA, Ingeniería y Servicios Aeroespaciales, S.A., committed to the challenge of an efficient and socially responsible management, assumes an Occupational Risk Prevention Policy in accordance with the following principles:

• The promotion of continuous improvement of working conditions, in order to increase the levels of safety, health and well-being of all its employees.
• The integration of risk prevention in the general management system of the company, both in its activities as a whole and in all its hierarchic levels.
• The encouragement of a preventive culture that only can be achieved by means of the information, training, consultation and participation of the personnel, in all the levels and estates of the company.

In accordance with these principles, INSA assumes the following commitments:

• To achieve a high level of safety and health at work, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the in force legislation with regard to occupational risk prevention, as well as all those commitments that voluntarily signs.
• To plan, implant, support and evaluate an occupational risk prevention system aimed to the constant improvement of working conditions as well as to consider the own needs of disabled persons with the criteria of integration and independent life.
• To carry out, apply and support a model of participative prevention, based on the right of workers at taking part actively in all aspects that could concern their safety and health at work.
• To encourage the integration of risk prevention in the set of activities and decisions, both in the technical processes, work organization and conditions under which this work is rendered, as in the organizational structure of the company.
• To investigate the existence of psychosocial risks and to implant measures for its detection, elimination and prevention within the company.
• To make aware and train the personnel so they do their tasks in a responsible way for the protection of the environment, trying to achieve the highest levels of safety in the management of facilities.
• To communicate and spread this policy among all members of the company, suppliers, subcontractors and other interested parties, assuring its fulfillment when they do activities for our organization.
