Organization

Company’s organization is based on a President, an Executive Vicepresident, and six Directorates. The President of INSA is, by agreement of the Council of Ministers, the General Manager of INTA. The six directorates, coordinated by the Executive Vicepresident, correspond to the two main business lines as well as with Finance and Administration, Human resources, Business Development and Technical and Quality aspects.

The Board of Directors

INSA’s Board of Directors is the body which fixes the strategic priorities and aims of the Company, expressed through the Management Committee. The Board of Directors governs the Company, represents it in negotiations and is bestowed with full powers. The INSA President is since May 2009 Mr. Jaime Denis Zambrana, INTA Director-General.

Management Commitee

The guidelines established by the Board of Directors are carried out under the leadership of the Executive Vice-President, who coordinates the corporate functions led by their respective managers.

The Management Committee is composed by the Executive Vice-President and the area Managers. Moreover, the Environment and Quality Committee follows the continuous accomplishment and improvement of management and environment quality levels, accordingly with the ISO and AENOR Certifications. Its composition is the same as that of the Management Committee.
